Twenty years of Wholesale Experience Transformed into a New Retail
Brand in Just Four Months.

After 20 years of successfully wholesaling advanced call center technologies to the world’s largest telecom carries such as AT&T and MCI - USAN decided it was time to begin selling directly to F500 enterprises. But the company’s marketing materials were out of date and positioned only at technical staff of large telecom companies. They needed a new brand and new message that would resonate with the CIOs of large enterprises.

Idea-ware worked with USAN’s executives to peel back its technology and uncover the true value it provided enterprise customers. We reorganized all of USAN’s technical capabilities into two (2) broad solutions and four (4) simple products. We crafted an entirely new message and value proposition and refreshed the logo and brand identity - adding a powerful new tagline: “Connecting Customers with Care” Finally we applied the new messaging and identity to a new website, printed collateral and animated flash overview video completing the transformation from wholesaler to retailer.
