Jon P. Laqueur

JP founded Idea-ware in the summer of 2002 after spending over a decade in the telecommunications industry. He held several sales and customer service positions at MCI in the early 1990s before joining a select group of marketing professionals tasked with launching MCI's first Internet services. JP also spent several years in marketing and product marketing positions at PanAmSat and Qwest before joining a start-up in NYC called Eureka Broadband where he ran all product development, strategy and alliances. Most recently JP worked at Broadwing where as Director of Marketing he oversaw the company's product marketing, competitive analysis, product analyst relations, and Field Marketing functions.
Since founding Idea-ware JP has become key marketing advisor to senior executives in messaging, strategy, public relations, marketing operations at companies such as Globix, Evident Software and WilTel. He is also a founder and partner in Idea-ware Digital Inc. a sister company formed specifically to provide innovative content-based search engine optimizations services.

George Holt
Vice President and Creative Director
George joined forces with Idea-Ware in the summer of 2005 following a well-deserved, year-long hiatus. For 8 years prior, George founded and directed wedüdesign (we-do-design), one of the most dynamic and successful full-service interactive agencies in New England, serving notable clients such as Atari, Compaq, EMC, Fleet Bank and McGraw-Hill.
Along with serving 'high-profile' clients, George was a vigorous and generous supporter of the NH art community, providing services to theaters, performance companies, non-profit organizations, and community-based programs throughout the greater Boston area.
George has won numerous regional and national design awards including 'Top Honors' from Communcation Arts Magazine, FHM Magazine, The Ad Club - Boston, NH Business Committee for the Arts , NH.com and NH Creative Club
